At Maison Alexander, we are committed to ensuring that each piece reaches its destination efficiently and in perfect condition. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping process:

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following purchase confirmation.

Once your package leaves our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates

Dynamic Calculation: Shipping costs are not fixed. The exact amount is automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight and the specific delivery address provided by the user.

Customers will be able to review the final shipping cost before confirming and completing their payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with leading courier services to ensure the following transit times:

Spain, France, Portugal, Italy (Mainland): Between 1 to 3 business days.

Europe & Rest of the World: Standard delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days. However, in exceptional cases or for remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Note: These timeframes are estimates provided by the transport companies. Maison Alexander is not responsible for delays caused by external logistical issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.
4. International Customs and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees according to the laws of the destination country.

Maison Alexander does not cover these costs. Any additional charges of this nature are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incidents and Incorrect Addresses

It is essential for the customer to verify that the shipping address is accurate and complete. Maison Alexander will not be responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or after multiple failed delivery attempts.

In the event of a lost package or visible damage upon arrival, please contact us at customerservice@maisonbyalexander.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can manage the claim with the courier.
